Every chocolate spread on the shelf had palm oil, refined sugar, or a list of ingredients that read like a chemistry exam. We were parents who wanted better — so we made it ourselves.
We spent months in the kitchen. Roasting peanuts. Mixing in jaggery. Adding just enough cocoa. Testing on the toughest critics in the world: our own kids. They didn't hold back.
